Wilberforce 2007
There are more slaves in the world today than were seized from Africa in four decades of trans-atlantic slave trade. Sign the petition in honor of William Wilberforce and the abolition of slavery (February 23, 1807) in England.
For 27 years I've been married to Corky Alexander, whose varied interests (corkyalexander.blogspot.com) have meant that we are never bored. I'm the mother of 3 lovely girls (Hope, Emma and Leslie), the mother-in-law of Josh Butcher, and the grandmother (Marmie) of Wilson Alexander Butcher (a.k.a. Lex). I teach Historical Theology at the Church of God Theological Seminary.
